Mitigating Covert Competition

Women are advancing economically and professionally, however, we often find ourselves in unhealthy competition with other women. To mitigate micro-aggressions and behavior we regret, I suggest a process based on science and servant leadership. Remember, you can’t control your first thought. It’s unconscious and happens in a nanosecond. You can rationalize your second thought and the actions that follow.
